The SOTV Youth Fellowship is moving to a New Time! Starting on Sunday, June 3rd during the evenings the Middle School Youth (6-8th grade) will meet from 5:30-6:30 p.m. with dinner from 6:30-7:00 p.m.; the High School Youth (9-12th grade) will meet from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The annual Deacon's Picnic will be held on Sunday, June 3rd immediately after the worship service under the big cottonwood tree on the north side of the church. There will be pizza, salad and dessert. Anyone wanting to bring a dessert to share may do so. Donations will be accepted. Bring a hat, sunscreen and a hearty appetite.

Church Members, your new nametags are here! Everyone is in charge of taking care and keeping track of their own nametag. Please remember this was a complimentary opportunity to purchase a new nametag at no charge, but if it’s lost again, future charges will apply.

The youth fellowship planning team would like to give a heartfelt thanks to the youth and parents who stayed for the lunch and meeting after worship on March 25th. The shared opinions and suggestions are helping the team develop a new and exciting youth fellowship program! The planning team is currently made up of 3 mentoring interns: Shelton Caldwell, Cortney Romero and Brent Gillespie, and ruling elder Christa Tarr. Ruling elder, Kathy Rhoades and pastor Tom Hart are also involved in praying for the team and helping with decisions. Prayer support and communication from all will be essential in the next couple of months as the planning continues. Be looking forward... to something great! God is on the move! Blessings in Christ, Christa Tarr.
